Our History
The Garretson Road Church of Christ was founded as part of a major evangelistic mission known as the EXODUS MOVEMENT that first originated in 1964 in Midland, Texas. The movement was intended to spread the Good News of Christ in the Northeastern region of the United States. As the EXODUS MOVEMENT progressed, it gained nationwide attention in the media, as seen in the following articles:
